Pursuant to the Agreement, "the International Classification of Industrial Designs is a unified means of classification of patent documents at the international level, as well as an effective instrument to be used by patent departments and applicants in the process of detecting novelty of an industrial design.
Ukraine´s accession to this Agreement will promote coordination of the national legislation with international law.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0086.
